Explore Swedish Lapland in SKIJORING

Join us for a skijoring session where you'll share energy, build connection, and experience the joy of moving together as a true team.

Each session includes an introduction to the dogs and the sport, a combination of theory and practical exercises, and time to relax at the end with a warm drink and biscuits — whether you come with your own dog or choose to skijor with one of ours.

This experience is designed to help you gain confidence on ski tracks, become a responsible dog owner in shared trail environments, and strengthen the bond with your dog. Through trust and teamwork, you'll learn how to ski together safely while enjoying every moment on the trail and creating meaningful shared experiences.

Equipment

To get started with skijoring, you'll need skis (classic or touring), shoes and ski poles. If you don't have your own equipment, we can provide suitable gear based on your level, your goals, and the snow conditions.

🎒Ski Belt

We provide all skijoring equipment: a pulling harness for your dog, a bungee leash, and a ski belt for you — ensuring comfort, safety, and a smooth experience on the snow.

🐾 Dogs of all breeds, sizes, and backgrounds are welcome, provided their physical and mental limits are respected. If you have any questions about your dog's suitability, a quick check with your veterinarian is always a good idea.

What you need to know

You don't need an advanced skiing level, but you should be comfortable skiing independently. Good balance and basic control are important to enjoy the activity safely. For those who wish to go further, skijoring can become more than a session it becomes a way of travelling.

Beyond a single session

Over several days, the experience deepens. You and your dog begin to find a shared rhythm, learning not only how to move together, but how to rest, adapt, and navigate the winter environment as a team. With the addition of a pulka, you carry what you need and travel through the landscape with greater autonomy.

These longer journeys invite you to slow down and fully immerse yourself in the northern environment. Distances stretch, time softens, and the connection with your dog grows stronger with each day.
